Building on a previous collaboration, their founder reached out to me in the company's early stages to lead their design efforts.
My role involved shaping the products’ core through UX strategy, detailed feature design, and consistent visual guidance.
Strategic Ideation & Project Specifications
Given the educational nature of the project, it was essential to stay mindful of the users' needs and their cognitive load. Before exploring any visuals, we needed to establish a clear framework and define the core features required to build steady foundations.
Designing for a wide range of platforms required a careful balance: staying true to the original experience while refining systems to their most natural state, ensuring we maximized the unique possibilities of each various canvas.
Cross-Functional Logic & Mechanics
Given the cross-platform nature of the project, spanning XR (extended reality), desktop and mobile, it was vital to design simple yet effective solutions. Closely collaborating with the tech team was essential to ensure proper feasibility beforehand.
Focusing on these core mechanics allowed me to design a seamless experience. Key features I worked on include (but not limited to):

User Advocacy & Team Synergy
Promoting design awareness was a core part of my exchanges with the engineering team. By making user goals clear and actionable, I ensured high levels of engagement and alignment across the board.
By fostering open communication and collaborative feedback loops, I ensured the entire team stayed focused on delivering consistent value, throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Acted as a responsive liaison during the integration phase, rapidly prototyping pivot solutions to overcome technical constraints without compromising the user experience.
