COMPANY AND CONTEXT

Driven by the momentum of Industry 4.0 and factory modernization, Infinite builds upon the legacy of predecessors
like Shizen, Numac or even Fabriq to champion continuous improvement.

Leveraging field insights from factory-deployed versions and my previous overhaul of Numac, I forged a robust new foundation for Infinite.
My focus was on consolidating a wide array of Lean-driven features while digitizing legacy paper-based reporting into a modern, streamlined experience.

Strategic Ideation & Project Specifications

Working alongside LVMH - Hennessy’s operational excellence teams, a deep dive into end-user workflows was conducted across various departments. This research revealed two strategic priorities: the need for a standalone, mobile-optimized reporting tool and a complete reimagining of the data presentation engine.

I translated these insights into technical specifications, focusing on
'market-standard' flexibility to ensure a frictionless transition for users accustomed to traditional productivity suites.

Feature Design

Cross-Functional Logic & Mechanics

I envisioned a high-performance ecosystem for INFINITE, bridging complex industrial logic with a significant visual upgrade. It is set to transform dense data into a sleek and intuitive experience that sets a new standard for shop-floor digital tools. Key features included (but not limited to):

  • ⯁ Enhanced ticket-based report system
Modernized incident tracking with multi-platforms interface, allowing teams to capture critical data within a unified digital workflow.
  • ⯁ Reactive mobile version and filtering
High-performance mobile interface with advanced filtering, enabling real-time data access and intuitive information retrieval for users on the move.
  • ⯁ Engaging new schemes for Quality & Security
Modernized visual layouts to turn complex compliance data into intuitive, actionable insights, significantly boosting team engagement and awareness.

UX Strategy

User Advocacy & Team Synergy

My work on INFINITE focused on human-centric design, acting as a translator between operational realities and digital strategy. By championing user-driven insights, I facilitated a cultural shift within the teams, moving from fragmented workflows to a unified, collaborative ecosystem where shared data fosters collective ownership and operational transparency.
